Sudoku Universe is a no-frills implementation of the classic 9×9 logic puzzle — fill each row, column and three-by-three box with the digits one through nine. There is no story, no campaign, no minigames. What's here is a clean interface, a generator that produces fresh puzzles indefinitely, and a curated set of 150 brain-teasers the developer assembled by hand.

The presentation leans deliberately spare: multiple color themes, ten ambient soundtracks for background play, and progress that saves per level so you can leave a board mid-solve and come back later. Steam features are wired in — achievements with both Latin and Cyrillic character variants, trading cards, badges, emoticons and Cloud sync between machines.
