3rd eye

3rd eye is a 2D game of exploration and horror centered on Koishi Komeiji from the Touhou Project. You use her Third Eye to make your way through a mental world that looks nothing like reality, an experience the game warns is irreversible, something you cannot unlearn.

The Third Eye is the key to progress: with it, Koishi finds or obtains things hidden within the mental world. But every use leaves it more bloodshot, and you must calm it with eyedrops before it turns fully red. Koishi herself is a girl who can read others' thoughts, and fear of her own power has kept her shut away alone in her room for most of her life, until one night she wakes in an unfamiliar room and everything changes.

The journey moves through places like the Park, busy with friends and working children, the endless Snowfield with treasure to dig for, a Bamboo Thicket that holds nothing at all, and the Mansion she calls home. Along the way she meets her reclusive older sister Satori, the medicine-handing Reisen Udongein Inaba, and many more.
