Espresso Tycoon updates the classic tycoon formula around the business of running a coffee shop. You begin with a budget and a chosen location, then weigh how much to spend on decor, staff, and stock before opening the doors and dealing with the ups and downs of building a cafe.

The centerpiece tool is a 3D coffee editor that lets you combine ingredients into original drinks, while market research reveals what local customers actually prefer so recipes can be tuned to their tastes. Snacks and cookies fill out the menu alongside the coffee.

Away from the counter you watch the budget, decide whether there is room to invest or a need to cut back, run marketing campaigns, and hire or fire baristas while chasing rating points.
