Fear Surrounds

Fear Surrounds is a horror-themed 3D Werewolf-style social-deduction game. Specters hide among good guys, and the good faction must root out the killers before being picked off. Dozens of professions and maps keep the rounds varied, plus fun modes like Battle Royale extending the structure.

Good guys complete quests around the map while watching the actions of others, then debate during meetings to vote out specters. Clergy come with special abilities: Priest verifies factions, White Spirit assassinates once, Avenger kills whoever voted them out, Forensic Doctor sees all corpses, Idiot survives one sacrifice, Psychic learns the dead's factions. Travelers without abilities lose HP unless they finish quests.

Specters come with assassination and destruction abilities by default. Specialized roles add wrinkles: Nightmare blinds players, Magic Eye sees everyone, Ghost King has an extra kill at the cost of death after, Ghost Priest verifies corpses, Hidden Demon evades detection until awakened, Silence Specter mutes one player per round, Betrayer plays as a traveler with hidden allegiance to the specters. Maps include hospital, school, and prison settings.
