Gunsmith Simulator

Gunsmith Simulator lets you take up the trade of a virtual gunsmith. You have already set up and equipped a workshop, and the craft has come naturally, now all that is left is to land your first job. Boot up the computer, look over the auctions and listings on the GunStock site, and find someone who needs exactly your skills.

When an order arrives, you get to work: order the parts you need or shape the wooden and metal pieces yourself on equipment such as a lathe or a CNC mill. You examine each weapon inside and out, deciding what must be replaced and what can be repaired, then restore old guns by cleaning them, stripping rust through manual work or chemical treatments, renewing protective layers and, finally, painting.

Creativity is encouraged: change weapon configurations and fit modern accessories such as optical sights, grips, lasers, flashlights and collimators to suit each enthusiast's style. After a hard day's work you can unwind at a shooting range, from precision target practice and time challenges to skeet, trap and close-quarters courses. Keep the jobs coming, and decide whether to work on or expand your business by buying and selling guns of your own.
