Mythic Ocean

Mythic Ocean is a narrative exploration adventure where you befriend a pantheon of gods who live beneath the sea. Each god is preparing for their turn to create a new universe, but they need your help finding themselves and figuring out what kind of cosmos they actually want to make. Your conversations and choices shape which god ascends, and what their new world looks like.

The gameplay layers Visual Novel-style dialogue with free-roaming underwater exploration. No death, no combat, no failure states. The challenge is influencing the gods to produce the outcome you want, with results ranging across the full spectrum from cosmic harmony to absolute pandemonium. Outcomes branch wide enough to support multiple playthroughs.

The underwater environments are peaceful and full of goofy charming creatures, including a breakdancing crab. The studio (Paralune) keeps the tone gentle and explicit about its non-violent design philosophy. Each playthrough runs a few hours, depending on how thoroughly you talk to everyone, and the outcomes you accumulate over multiple runs gradually reveal how the gods all interconnect.
