Thunder Helix

Thunder Helix is a retro-styled helicopter gunship game running in deliberately classic 320x200 resolution with 4, 16 or 256 color graphics options. You pilot deadly attack helicopters across a thrilling desert warzone, battling enemy forces and completing dangerous missions across an exciting campaign with multiple objectives, plus randomized scenarios for replayability.

Multiple helicopter types are available, each with unique abilities and specifications suited to different mission types. The on-board winch lets you pick up ammo, fuel and rescue friendly units mid-mission, integrating logistics with combat. Missions take place across dawn, day and night environments, each with different visibility and tactical considerations.

Flight control options accommodate different preferences: game controller, flight joystick, mouse-flight with keyboard, or keyboard only.
