Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 is the full ground-up HD remaster of the first two entries in the franchise, packaged together as a single collection. The work isn't an upscale — every level, every skater, every prop has been rebuilt from scratch, while the underlying physics and trick handling that defined the original series have been preserved intact. If you grew up muscle-memorizing the Warehouse, the High School or the Hangar, that memory transfers directly.

The original roster of pro skaters is back in full — Tony Hawk himself, Bucky Lasek, Eric Koston, Steve Caballero, Kareem Campbell and the rest — joined by a new generation of pros added for this release. The soundtrack covers both the iconic original tracks that defined a music-era of late-90s and early-2000s skate culture, plus new music curated for this collection. All the original modes are present, including Career, single-session goals, two-player local modes and free-skate.

The modern additions sit alongside the classics rather than replacing them. Create-A-Park has been substantially expanded with new pieces and sharing options, Create-A-Skater carries through to online play, and competitive multiplayer modes plus global leaderboards push the collection past nostalgia and into something that holds up on its own as a current-day game.
