Army Men RTS

Army Men RTS takes the eternal Greens-versus-Tans plastic-soldier conflict and runs it through a proper strategy engine. You gather resources, build bases, churn out vehicles and assemble platoons while the Tans do the same on the other side of a sandbox or kitchen tile.

The scale gag carries the design. Toy soldiers fight across life-size environments where the cracks in linoleum or blades of grass become terrain features, and tactical decisions feel cartoonish without becoming shallow.

Three modes - Campaign, Great Battles and Multiplayer - cover scripted progression, set-piece engagements and head-to-head play. The PC version is built on the Dark Reign 2 engine from Pandemic, which gives the combat more weight than the toy theme might suggest.
