Back to the Future: The Game picks up six months after the third film. The DeLorean returns to Hill Valley with no one inside, and Marty McFly is forced to travel back in time to seek help from a resistant teenage Emmett Brown before the space-time continuum unravels for good.

Five episodes (It's About Time, Get Tannen!, Citizen Brown, Double Visions, and OUTATIME) carry the story through Telltale's signature point-and-click adventure structure. The trilogy's three central families (McFlys, Browns, and Tannens) all play key roles in the unfolding plot.

Michael J. Fox makes a special appearance, Christopher Lloyd and Claudia Wells return to voice Doc Brown and Jennifer Parker, and Bob Gale (the film trilogy's co-creator and writer) collaborated directly on the storyline.
