Carrier Deck

Carrier Deck casts you as the Air Officer on the USS Ronald Reagan, juggling every aircraft movement on a Nimitz-class supercarrier during wartime. Fueling, arming, launching, landing and maintenance all run on overlapping timers, and a single crash can ripple across the deck taking out multiple aircraft.

The roster of birds is broad - F18 Hornets and Super Hornets, Chinooks, S3 Vikings and more - and the missions span the spectrum of real carrier operations. Search patterns to find threats, intercepts, special forces inserts, amphibious operations, ground strikes and cargo runs all rotate through your task list.

A global campaign moves the carrier between oceans with different threat profiles, while Skirmish mode delivers short bursts of pressure for a quick session. The challenge is purely managerial - you never fly the planes, only orchestrate the deck that makes them effective.
