Exiled Kingdoms

Exiled Kingdoms is a single-player isometric action-RPG built in the classic mold: a huge open world, choices with consequences, a simple but versatile rule system, and a setting where roleplay actually shapes the experience. The Andorian Empire fell a century ago to a magical cataclysm; humanity escaped to the savage colonial island of Varannar, and the four Exiled Kingdoms have been declining into barbarism ever since.

135 areas, 300+ NPCs with unique dialogues, 90 quests ranging from menial tasks to epic-scale plots, 70 skills, and hundreds of items support a hand-crafted world. Every stat makes a difference: high intelligence opens new conversation paths, faction standing shifts dialogue, and earlier actions echo through later encounters. Classical dungeon-crawl elements (traps, secret doors, and death waiting around every corner) keep tension up.

The inciting hook is a magical letter naming you as the sole beneficiary of a large inheritance in New Garand, capital of Varsilia. You don't remember any relatives there, but the road soon teaches you that the old legends about the Horrors weren't fairytales. Four years of hand-crafted content easily push the average playthrough past 120 hours.
