Knuckle Sandwich

Knuckle Sandwich is a turn-based RPG by Andy Brophy. You guide a young man through his first day in Bright City, a bustling island paradise that hides a horrible secret, as he finds a new job, makes friends, and tries to solve a mystery wrapped around a ludicrous gang and a fanatical cult.

Battles play out turn by turn, but you defeat each enemy by clearing minigames tailored specifically to it, ranging across rhythm games, shoot-em-ups, memory puzzles, and quick-time events. There are over 100 of these fast-paced minigames, each tied to a particular foe or playable character.

The game leans into offbeat, personal storytelling with a strong focus on humor, sending you through vibrant locations on a fictional Australian island. A large cast includes several partners who join along the way, backed by a sizable soundtrack from Nelward, Lizzy, Gyms, Barchboi, and pngsequence.
