About Monaco What's Yours Is Mine
Monaco: What's Yours Is Mine is Pocketwatch Games' top-down heist game, winner of the 2010 IGF Grand Prize. You assemble a team of thieves and pull jobs across a city, with line-of-sight mechanics that hide most of each level until you actually walk past the corners.
Eight thieves each carry a distinct kit: the Locksmith picks locks fast, the Lookout sees and hears further than anyone, the Pickpocket carries a monkey and steals from guards, the Cleaner knocks people out silently, the Mole tunnels through walls, the Gentleman wears disguises, the Hacker shuts down security with viruses, and the Redhead manipulates targets.
The heist structure rewards planning and improvisation. Maps reveal as you explore. Guards patrol patterns, civilians scream when they see you, and getting caught triggers escalating alarm responses. Co-op multiplies the chaos — four-player runs feel less like coordinated heists and more like simultaneously falling down four flights of stairs together.
Daily leaderboards layer competition over the score-chase. Up to four players online or on the same screen. PC Gamer called it one of the best co-op games of all time, and a decade-plus after release the heist-game subgenre still hasn't quite delivered another game with this exact combination of speed, chaos, and stealth.
