Surgeon Simulator

Surgeon Simulator is an over-the-top operation sim that stitches pitch-black humour together with the seriousness of life-saving surgery. Skip the seven years of medical school and go straight to the operating table as Nigel Burke, a would-be surgeon with a penchant for non-conventional tools.

You perform critical procedures on a range of patients, including the Heavy from Team Fortress 2, an alien with a truly one-of-a-kind anatomy, and the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. The game is known for its diabolically difficult controls, with each finger controlled by a separate keyboard button, and it has you carrying out terrifying transplants in theatre, high-pressure procedures along the corridor, and on-the-move operations in the back of a speeding ambulance. Steady hands will not save you.

Updated for 2017, the game now includes the A&E expansion pack, bringing slicker and stickier graphics, additional procedures, all-new environments and a heart-pumping soundtrack.
