About Terminator Resistance
Terminator: Resistance is built around the Future War setting the first two Terminator films only glimpsed in flashback — the years between Judgment Day and the war's resolution, when human resistance cells were still pushing back against Skynet's machines in the ruins of cities. Teyon's design draws directly from the look of the 1984 and 1991 films rather than the later franchise material.
Gameplay alternates between direct gunplay against T-800s, T-1s, and aerial HKs, and slower stealth and hacking sequences against Skynet's surveillance and infrastructure. A skill tree lets you specialize in combat, stealth, hacking, or scavenging, with experience earned across mission progression. The post-apocalyptic Los Angeles you explore is full of scrap to scavenge, trade, and craft into upgrades.
A group of survivors with their own arcs becomes the emotional center of the campaign. Their fates branch based on your choices: who you save, who you trust, who you can convince to stay. Multiple endings reflect the cumulative weight of those decisions, and the machines are destined to lose the war — but the cost of that loss is what the campaign actually measures.
