About RoboCop Rogue City
RoboCop: Rogue City fills the gap between RoboCop 2 and RoboCop 3 with an original story that puts the cyborg cop back in Old Detroit's worst neighborhoods as a fresh crime wave breaks across the city. The conspiracy underneath the surface waves reaches into corporate boardrooms and political offices in the way the original films always treated as routine.
Peter Weller returns to voice Alex Murphy — the original 1987 actor stepping back into the role for the first time in a video game project. The campaign mixes brutal first-person combat with the slower investigation and decision-making the films built their identity on. Crime scenes get investigated; choices in how to handle them shape outcomes.
Teyon, the Polish studio behind Terminator: Resistance, brings the same sensibility for licensed property continuity to Rogue City. The cyberpunk atmosphere of Old Detroit is rendered with the same chunky industrial palette as the original films, and the moral choice system asks how strictly RoboCop interprets his prime directives when the people writing them have their own agendas.
