The Typing of The Dead Overkill

The Typing of The Dead: Overkill fuses the horror and comedy of the House of the Dead series with typing mechanics. Your keyboard is the weapon. Type the words floating over zombies to blast pieces out of the mutant horde across nine stages set in a Bayou-county outbreak, working to save yourself and a friend while uncovering the mystery behind the disaster.

Randomised kill-words make each playthrough's typing different from the last. Three difficulty levels test your skills, plus a special 'hardcore' tier for true keyboard warriors. The HOTD gameplay has been redefined to complement the typing mechanics, so weapon swaps, reloads, and combos all map onto keystroke patterns rather than mouse aim.

Two-player co-op multiplayer is supported. Full Steam integration ships alongside a faithful port of the original PS3 House of the Dead: Overkill, included as a separate playable mode inside the same package.
