Unrailed!

Unrailed! is a co-op multiplayer game built around a single sustained crisis: the train is moving, it isn't going to stop, and there is no track ahead of it. Up to four players share a single team — online, on a couch, or both at once — chopping wood, mining iron, and crafting fresh track segments to lay in front of the locomotive before it derails into nothing.

There is only one tool of each type, so coordination is mandatory. One player chops while another mines while a third hauls resources to the crafting wagon while a fourth lays track. Drop the chain at any point and the train catches up and the run ends. Each world is procedurally generated with its own biomes, hazards and inhabitants, and the difficulty climbs as you push deeper.

Upgrades arrive between map sections. New wagons swap onto the train — atomic engines, supercharged crafting cars, automation gadgets — and let you handle increasingly hostile maps. Endless mode runs the campaign indefinitely. Quick mode trims it to a single short run. Sandbox lets you build without pressure. Versus puts two teams of two against each other in a competitive co-op format.

The presentation is blocky and bright, the controls are simple, and the chaos of four people shouting "I need iron" at each other is the entire point. Online highscores, replays, unlockable characters and a dynamic day-night cycle round out a small game that punches well above its weight in living-room intensity.
