112 Operator is the sequel to 911 Operator and dramatically widens the scope. You can dispatch services across more than 100,000 real-world areas covering districts, municipalities and tens of thousands of cities, with 3D building data and authentic historical weather patterns powering the simulation.

Calls span the full range of an emergency line: someone walking through a CPR procedure, a frantic murder witness, a hoax caller wasting your time, a riot escalating in real time, organized crime operations, terrorist attacks, wildfires that spread across the map and demand dozens of units. Dispatchable forces include SWAT teams, search-and-rescue helicopters, riot gear units, doctors, sergeants, dogs and robots.

A redesigned campaign mode follows one operator's European career, with email storylines, performance reviews and consequences for mistakes that bleed into your character's personal life. Free Game and special-scenario modes open the entire world for arbitrary deployments. Day-night cycles, seasonal weather and traffic genuinely affect incident frequency and response times.
