Design, furnish, and upgrade hospitals; hire doctors with distinct traits and backgrounds; keep staff and patients reasonably content by satisfying needs; and build experimental treatment facilities for conditions ranging from mysterious to absurd.

Unique consultants (DJs, monks, whoever fits the situation) join your roster and grow throughout the campaign, unlocking new skills and playstyle options. Patients of all shapes and sizes show up, from puppy-sized lemurs to entire planets. Treat musical festivals, deep-space prisons, communal space farms, and industrial disasters, or skip the structure and design freely in sandbox mode.

Holographic doctors, short-range teleporters, and subspace portals help you micromanage performance. Upgrade rooms, read everyone's thoughts, and buy equipment from a colossal wandering trader.
