Size Matters

Size Matters casts you as a scientist who has accidentally swallowed a chemical, and now he shrinks with every passing second. As he gets smaller, simply crossing the laboratory becomes harder, and the game gradually turns into a platformer as you find ways to climb up to the equipment and ingredients you need.

The goal is an antidote, brewed against a strict time limit before you shrink away completely. You hunt down formulas and ingredients scattered through the lab, each formula tied to a particular machine, the Chemical Processor, the Reverter, the Code Combiner, the Antidote Producer and more, and use them to produce new ingredients, including the three key components. Place those three into the antidote producer and the cure is made; shrink too small first and the game is over.

Settings can be tweaked freely, from your starting height to how many double jumps you get to how long the Chemical Processor takes to finish. The game openly credits Inch by Inch as a major inspiration.
