About 12 orbits
12 orbits is a local multiplayer game built for 2 to 12 people at once, no matter what you play on. If you can read this on a PC, laptop or tablet, you probably already have everything you need, since the game requires only one button per player. Additional controllers are supported but not required.
The game sets up in seconds, even for 12 players at once, and rounds take about 5 minutes each. It is friendly, competitive and a little chaotic, simple enough to teach a group quickly but varied and deep enough to keep them entertained for a long time.
Four vastly different game modes, two of them for teams, each focus on a different playstyle, and all of them adjust to any number of players from 2 to 12 so you can start small and add players as they arrive. Arena fills the screen with bullet-hell intensity, the team-based Multiball plays like football with exploding goals and color-changing balls, Trails has you collect spheres to grow longer and block opponents, and the team-based Blizzard has you defend against a shower of spheres and fling them back. A colorblind mode based on black-and-white symbols and One Switch accessibility round it out.
