Arcana Alchemia

Arcana Alchemia is a fantasy-romance visual novel from Japanese studio Lump of Sugar. The international Chinese edition includes both Simplified and Traditional Chinese translations alongside additional bonus content. The original Japanese release won the Moe Game Award's Gold Award for sound and a monthly award.

Art and character design are by Bunbun Maru (Fumitake Moegihara), Lump of Sugar's signature illustrator. The script is co-written by several industry writers, and the female leads are voiced by Haruka Amaji and Sara Ayumu.

The theme song is performed jointly by Kicco and Sayaka Sasaki, both established artists in the anime music scene. The presentation, voice work, and music together are clearly where the studio invested most of its production budget — the audio is unusually polished even for this category of release.

The game is primarily in Chinese-language localisation for this Steam release, with content centred on the fantasy and romance storylines typical of the bishōjo visual-novel genre.
