Fate Seeker

Fate Seeker is set in a stylized Chinese kung fu (KongFu) universe, with the protagonist Stormy Chai — an unruly teen who accidentally uncovers a conspiracy and ends up hunted across the open world that follows. The story positions him as the Chosen One, with the responsibility (whether he wants it or not) to save the world from forces that don't want him to learn what they're doing.

The combat is intensive live action — sword-driven swordsman gameplay with mix-and-match martial art systems that the developer markets as the player's defining customization layer. The Eight Divinatory Trigrams system supports endless variations of training paths, infused with story content, combat encounters, and missions that interweave the gameplay and narrative layers.

The campaign is non-linear, with multiple endings shaped by your choices. Will you conquer the world or retreat as a mighty hermit? The framing is left open. Fascinating side quests carry unpredictable hidden plots, and the world is built as a free universe with effectively endless tasks for exploration. The art and presentation lean openly into the Chinese xianxia/wuxia aesthetic the game's setting calls for.
