Hero of the Kingdom: The Lost Tales 2 is a casual, story-driven adventure RPG and the second episode of the Lost Tales storyline. You play a princess who was off on a small adventure beyond the city walls, disguised as a rogue, when everything went wrong. Returning home, she finds the city on fire and its streets plundered by hordes of unknown monsters, with terrified people fleeing for their lives.

Going idle isn't an option. To stand against the great evil behind the attack, the princess explores a beautiful countryside, helps people through dozens of quests, fights monsters, learns new skills and tracks down hundreds of hidden items. Trading and inventory management round out the loop, and good deeds earn rewards along the way, with up to twenty-six achievements to collect.

The game keeps the classic point-and-click exploration and old-school isometric look the Hero of the Kingdom series is known for, a relaxed, lovingly paced tale rather than a demanding one.
