Irony Curtain: From Matryoshka with Love is a satirical point-and-click adventure that takes its cues from the finest LucasArts and Daedalic games. It pulls back the Irony Curtain on the totalitarian land of Matryoshka, seen through Evan, a lowly and rather goofy journalist hauled, much against his will, into a spy standoff between two great powers.

This wacky spy adventure has you dig into the secrets of a strange communist nation, and of the mighty capitalist empire opposite it, across a story of unforeseeable turns, closing in on what the enigmatic Supreme Leader is really planning. Why would the doting father-figure of all Matryoshka bother with a lowly capitalist pen-pusher, and why is there an alligator in the bathroom?

The setting is an invented Cold War period that pays no mind to historical accuracy, full of people working every angle of an illogical country. The game promises classic-adventure fun without dream-logic or pixel hunting, with some non-linear puzzles solvable more than one way, 21 hand-painted locations, quirky characters and a music score by Arkadiusz Reikowski with a main theme by Peter McConnell of Monkey Island and Grim Fandango fame.
