Jagged Alliance 3

Jagged Alliance 3 is set in Grand Chien, a country of rich natural resources and deep political divides where the elected president has gone missing and a paramilitary force called The Legion has seized the countryside. The president's family pulls together their resources, including an arrangement with the powerful Adonis corporation, to hire mercenaries tasked with finding the president and restoring order.

The gameplay covers rich tactical turn-based combat, recruitment from a large cast of unique mercenaries (including many familiar fan favorites returning from previous Jagged Alliance entries), and the open RPG structure that lets you decide Grand Chien's fate through your choices. Each mercenary carries their own personality, quirks, and backstory, and the relationships between them affect how the team operates.

The broader campaign covers territory control, training the locals, commanding multiple parties simultaneously, and defending against enemy forces in an alive active world. Looting and salvaging weapons, customizing your arsenal, and selecting from a wide array of special perks for individual mercs as they level up extends the RPG depth. Online cooperative mode lets you experience the campaign with friends. The whole project is positioned by Haemimont as a true successor to the beloved franchise rather than a reboot.
