Jamestown: Legend Of The Lost Colony is a neo-classical top-down shooter for up to four players, set on 17th-century British Colonial Mars. It carries all the intensity, depth and lovingly handcrafted pixels of a classic arcade shooter, with a modern twist: deeply integrated cooperative gameplay.

Where most top-down shooters give multiple players a shared pool of lives or continues, Jamestown does something different. As long as any single player survives, the whole team can be brought back from death. Giving every player the power to rescue their teammates creates an exhilarating co-op experience where everyone's contribution genuinely matters, and win or lose, the team does it together.

You blast through historic Mars with a crack team of up to four friends in local co-op, escaping into a fast-paced story of swashbuckling redemption armed with 1619's finest steampunk weaponry. Each level carries its own epic orchestral score by Francisco Cerda, and beyond the campaign there are 20-plus rule-bending bonus levels, a Gauntlet arcade mode, a unique scoring system feeding online leaderboards and over 30 achievements. Note that a remastered version, Jamestown+, has since been released with more content and updated visuals.
