Ready or Not

Ready or Not is a tactical first-person shooter where you command an LSPD SWAT team in the fictional city of Los Sueños, a sprawling metropolis where social fabric has stretched thin under economic and criminal pressure. As Commander David 'Judge' Beaumont, you compose teams from a large mercenary roster, give tactical orders, plan missions, and execute high-risk scenarios involving hostages, bombs, barricaded suspects, and other situations the standard police force can't handle.

The simulation runs on realistic SWAT procedures. Officers carry mental and physical health status — unaddressed deteriorating mental states may make them unable to perform their duties, or push them to quit the force. Death is permanent. Equipment, weapons, customization, and SWAT training all matter for mission outcomes. Less-lethal options exist for arrests; lethal force has consequences for both legal and reputational standing.

The Digital Deluxe Edition bundles the base game with three DLCs: Home Invasion (Category 5 hurricane aftermath, three missions, three weapons, six gear pieces), Dark Waters (three missions off the coast of Los Sueños with five new weapons), and Boiling Point (subversive terror attacks against a militarized city government). Multiplayer covers 1-8 player co-op, competitive PvP, and single-player AI-command mode.
