SPRAWL

SPRAWL is a hardcore retro FPS set in an endless cyberpunk megalopolis. Advances in cybernetics and AI pushed humanity into a new era, then the golden age crumbled, leaving a broken world. You play SEVEN, a disgraced special-ops super-soldier embroiled in conflict with government forces while a mysterious voice in her head pushes her to survive. Betrayed by her organization, on a mission to overthrow the Junta military regime, she must escape the walled city and discover what lies at the Spire.

The Icarus cybernetic implant lets SEVEN perform gravity-defying wall-running maneuvers with seamless transitions from ground to walls, and slow down time using adrenaline drops from dismembered enemies. The katana slashes, pistol headshots demand a steady hand, and the powerhouse shotgun doubles as a jump tool. Quick weapon swaps with no slowdown keep combat fluid.

The lore draws on Akira and Ghost in the Shell. Different enemy types demand different reactions: rapid-fire bursts from SMG elites versus a charging riot guard who blocks bullets. Combat creativity rewards different prizes (ammo, health, adrenaline refills), and the original industrial-electronic soundtrack responds to your actions, lining up with kills and movements as you progress.
