SQUIDS FROM SPACE

SQUIDS FROM SPACE is a tactical PvP top-down shooter played eight against eight. Earth has come under attack from a race of sinister aliens, the Squids, and in a retro take on the 1950s, humanity has to band together and push back, setting its weapons of war against the Squids' strange technology.

You can defend Earth as a human or conquer it as a Squid, with default teams of eight a side and matches that run about 10 to 15 minutes, so a session can be as long or as short as suits you. As a human you tear into foes with shotguns, rocket launchers, grenades and dynamite; as a Squid you melt enemies with lethal rays or climb into a huge Crawler Tank.

Different game modes span multiple maps, and you outthink the other side by gathering resources and unlocking stronger gear for your squad. You can blow up cars, gas stations, oil barrels and much more across the battlefield, while AI bots with distinct personalities fill any empty team slots, and a range of support-style weapons rewards teamwork.
