Time Rifters

Time Rifters is a unique single-player co-op shooter built on a simple twist: you become your own teammates. You have four lives, and your goal is to destroy as many enemies as possible, but with each new life you are joined by the ghosts of all your previous lives, replaying exactly what you did before.

That turns every run into a layered, self-cooperative battle, where careful play on early lives sets up the firepower of the later ones. A Let's Replay mode extends the idea by letting you play alongside other people's ghosts uploaded to the Steam Workshop, an asynchronous form of multiplayer.

The game spans three episodes of five arenas each, with six upgradable weapons, high-score boards and a custom-made soundtrack.
