About 9 Childs Street
9 Childs Street is a first-person walking-sim horror following Armin, a curious nine-year-old in a red cap whose elderly neighbor across the street has stopped being seen. One night, Armin spots a light on in the seemingly abandoned house and grabs his flashlight to investigate without telling his parents.
The house contains paranormal phenomena, captive inhabitants and the terrifying mystery of what the owner was actually doing before he vanished. The atmosphere is the main draw rather than puzzles or combat: a strong sense of being watched, eyes that look too alive, sounds from corners that nobody should be standing in.
Total runtime sits around 50 minutes, which keeps the experience focused without padding. The first-person framing makes use of the protagonist's small size for additional vulnerability, and the flashlight is the only real tool. The developer warns of flashing lights, important for anyone sensitive to that kind of effect. A short, tightly built horror story rather than an extended survival ordeal.
