Constructor Plus is the latest entry in the long-running Constructor series of building simulations, an eagerly awaited sequel to Constructor HD. It builds on a legacy spanning over twenty years with new features and a visual makeover, casting you as a modern-day tycoon assembling your dream town.

You start as a humble property developer with nothing and work toward becoming a big-time property tycoon, turning simple wooden shacks into grand mansions, swanky casinos, and towering skyscrapers. With over 147 buildings to choose from, you make your town unique and desirable to attract tenants and businesses, and grand commissions and monuments win over the local townsfolk.

Your town is full of difficult characters, from cheating landlords and bad tenants to hippies and thugs, and you may call in the mob and its undesirable allies, even giant mutant cockroaches and hit men, to thwart rivals. Whether you play by the book or delve into dodgy dealings is up to you, but the Housing Authority will step in if you run your town into the ground. The game offers 65 pre-built city scenarios, story missions, and the chance to develop in the countryside or even on the moon.
