Crossing Guard Joe

Crossing Guard Joe makes a full action arcade game out of the act of getting kids across the street. The drivers of Monoxide City have no respect for traffic laws, pedestrians, common decency, or you. They will not stop for anything, so quick feet and snap decisions become the only way to keep your charges alive.

The 25-level campaign covers five weekdays across five weeks. Traffic conditions and environmental hazards get worse as you progress, and you start with nothing but a stop sign and your pointing arm. Helpful objects like barriers and traffic lights appear at later levels to expand your toolkit.

Score depends on speed, crossing combos, and the raw number of kids you get across. Refining your strategy per level pushes you up the online leaderboards. Challenge Mode tests the upper limits of your crossing-guard skills for those who want to see how far the system bends.
