Farming Simulator 22 is GIANTS Software's flagship release of the franchise's most-iterated formula. Take on the role of a modern farmer working agriculture, animal husbandry and forestry across three diverse American and European environments, with seasonal cycles now affecting what's possible in each window. Winter is no longer just a visual change — it shapes the work you can do.

The machine roster is the franchise's signature. Over 400 machines and tools from 100+ real agricultural brands — Case IH, CLAAS, Fendt, John Deere, Massey Ferguson, New Holland, Valtra and many more — populate the equipment shop. Each is modeled on real-world specifications and licensed from its manufacturer, which produces an unusually authentic equipment library compared to most simulation games.

The content variety covers multiple farming styles. Create a lush vineyard or olive orchard in the Mediterranean south of France, vast farmland of wheat, corn, potatoes and cotton in the US Midwest, or a lively animal farm in the hilly European Alpine region. New gameplay features include mulching, stone picking, an improved build mode with greenhouses and beehives, production chains for processing your harvests, and a new character creator to bring an individualized farmer to life.

Crossplatform multiplayer for up to sixteen players lets you run your farm together with friends across PC and console. A large library of free community-created modifications, officially tested by GIANTS Software, extends the experience essentially indefinitely — the modding community has been central to the franchise's longevity, and FS22's official mod support makes installing and managing community content straightforward.
