Homeworld Remastered Collection

Homeworld Remastered Collection brings Relic's seminal 1999 space-fleet RTS and its 2003 sequel back with rebuilt textures, models, lighting and post-processing for HD, UHD and 4K resolutions. Original development team members worked with Gearbox on the remasters, and the orchestral scores were re-recorded with high-fidelity audio along with new voice work by the original actors.

The two campaigns span 30+ single-player missions across the Kushan exodus from Kharak and the later Hiigaran war for the Sajuuk. Strategic fleet command covers more than 100 ship classes in total: light fighters, frigates, destroyers, capital ships and the iconic mothership. Formation tactics, flight patterns and resource gathering all carry over from the originals.

The Homeworld Remastered Steam Multiplayer combines both games' competitive modes into one unified service. Eight players, 23 maps, mixed Homeworld and Homeworld 2 races, plus new game modes. Bonus archival versions of Homeworld Classic and Homeworld 2 Classic preserve the original releases with compatibility patches for modern operating systems. Mod tools ship with the collection.
