Lemon Cake

Lemon Cake is a cozy management game about restoring an abandoned bakery, one that turns out to be broken down, overgrown, and even haunted. You repair, furnish, and decorate every room, unlocking new features as you go, and may eventually convince a friendly ghost to help serve customers.

The best ingredients are homegrown, so a greenhouse lets you gather honey from a beehive, milk a cow, collect eggs from chickens, and harvest fruit from trees, as long as you keep plants watered and animals brushed. In the kitchen you mix recipes into pastries, candies, and frozen desserts, baking up to three at once, but leave them too long and they burn.

You serve coffee and sweets to customers, keeping the window display stocked and offering coffee to impatient guests so they linger, and you can even build a cat cafe. As you gain experience you expand a recipe book of over 40 pastries, picking up to six for each day's menu, and use the quiet morning to prepare before the lunch rush hits.
