Obenseuer

Obenseuer is an urban survival RPG set in an isolated quarantine district where no one can leave. Forced to relocate to Stalburg's most notorious quarter, you must cope with depression, addiction, and maybe even a lethal disease, but the only way is up.

Through a clerical error you have received full ownership of an unfinished apartment building, a rat hole that becomes the base of your future empire. You upgrade and maintain the tenement to lease apartments to Obenseuer's quirky inhabitants and build facilities for your growing business, decorating rooms and equipping a workshop, even a basement factory.

You can grow turnips and potatoes despite the cold, dark November, refining them into liquid gold for profit, and do tasks and quests for locals to uncover the dark secrets running beneath the district. Crime is a tempting ingredient, stealing, sabotage, and break-ins, but the local militia's jail is no nice place, so do not get caught.
