Runestone Keeper

Runestone Keeper is a challenging dungeon crawler that sits between roguelike and roguelite, blending classic role-playing elements with turn-based combat strategy. You shoulder your rucksack, put an edge back on those dusty blades and head down into the dark to start an adventure of your own.

Almost everything is randomly generated, from the dungeon layouts to the monster mixes, so each run plays out differently. Loot turns up carrying random, rare modifiers, prefixes and suffixes, that you mix into a killer set of gear, while monsters gang up with complementary abilities that can quickly overwhelm a careless adventurer. Traps, devices, items and chance events can hand you a lucky break even in the bleakest moment, provided you read the situation and turn hostile surroundings to your advantage.

You build your hero's attributes yourself and can sacrifice to a Goddess for a blessing, then betray her later to see her fury. Multiple modes and a global leaderboard let you measure yourself against other dungeon adventurers, and death, when it comes, is tragic and permanent.
