Session Skate Sim

Session: Skate Sim is made by and for skaters, with a control scheme in which each stick stands in for one of your feet. You learn to manage them and shift weight much as you would on a real board, and the physics aim squarely at realism, smoothness, and immersion. The opening hours feel demanding, but landing that first kickflip delivers a genuine thrill.

Drawing on the golden age of 1990s street skating, the game drops scoring entirely; there are no judges, just you, a spot, and your imagination. Several iconic locations are recreated for you to skate, among them Black Hubbas and the Brooklyn Banks in New York City and FDR Park in Philadelphia, supported by a full tutorial and four difficulty levels.

A trick that nobody filmed barely counts, so you can record with a 1990s filter or a fisheye lens, adjust field of view, time of day, and camera angles, and cut footage in a video editor, even switching into the camera operator's view. Completing challenges earns money for skate shops stocked with nearly 200 apparel items and over 250 board parts from real brands, with components that genuinely change how you skate.
