About ScooterFlow

ScooterFlow positions itself as a serious physics-driven scooter game rather than an arcade trick-stringer. The movement system is built to reflect how a real scooter behaves on real ground — grinds, jumps and combos all respond to weight and angle rather than triggering canned animations — and the result rewards riders who already understand the sport while remaining learnable for newcomers.

Five in-game parks are direct 1:1 recreations of real spots: Washington Way and Knights Stream in Christchurch, the X Air 2022 competition setup at Mount Maunganui, Bay Skate in Napier (both concrete and wooden sections), and the Madrid Urban Sports 2023 park in Spain. Each retains the actual layout, transitions and surfaces of its real counterpart, which makes them feel less like inspired-by-real-places designs and more like scans.

Customization runs deeper than most games in the genre — pick parts individually from real brands including Apex, Ethic, Lucky, Aztek, Madd Gear and Envy, and save up to three full builds to swap between. The camera offers four angles (Offset, Low Angle, Follow-Cam and First Person), and the community side of the game is wired through Discord, where players upload custom maps that load directly into the game.

Multiplayer brings the actual social loop of riding online: drop into public lobbies, host private sessions, film lines together, learn tricks off other players. A controller is required to play — keyboard input would defeat the entire physics layer the rest of the game is built around.
