About Sagrada
Sagrada is a faithful digital adaptation of Floodgate Games' tabletop hit — a dice-drafting game where players take turns selecting colored dice from a shared pool and slotting them into a personal stained-glass window template. The window template imposes restrictions: certain spaces require a specific color, others demand a specific number, and adjacent dice can't share either trait. The result is a tightly constrained Sudoku-adjacent puzzle wrapped in a beautiful theme.
Each round the dice that get drafted are visible to everyone, meaning the choice of which die to take is as much about denying your opponent as it is about helping yourself. Tools-of-the-trade — limited-use special abilities — give you ways to bend the rules: re-roll a die, swap one for another, flip one to its opposite face, and so on. Public objective cards score everyone on shared criteria, while private cards push individual players toward specific color or number arrangements.
The digital version captures all of this and adds the convenience of automatic rule enforcement, faster turns and online play against opponents anywhere. The dice and stained-glass templates render with the same vivid jewel-tone palette that made the physical game an art-piece on most tables, which translates remarkably well to the screen.
