Street Legal 1: REVision revives the little-known 2002 predecessor of Street Legal Racing: Redline. It is raw, unforgiving street racing where high speeds are deadly and every dent matters, and the REVision edition adds countless bug fixes, optimizations, quality-of-life improvements and optional gameplay extensions without compromising the retro feel and challenge.

There is no rubber-band AI and no one-click repairs: wreck your car with no cash and you are done. Every component of your ride is simulated in incredible detail and wears down fast. You strip your car to the bare chassis in a 3D garage, rebuild it from over 1000 unique parts, and climb the ranks of Valo City's racing clubs in point-to-point races, unlocking new cars, engines and districts. Two decades on, the game still features some of the most advanced engine simulation in any game, calculating power on the fly from real attributes like bore, stroke, compression and valve timing, all degrading with mechanical condition.

The handling is fundamentally a simulation with a dash of high-grip arcade fun, and a dynamic permanent damage system affects individual parts by point of impact, bending the chassis and ruining suspension geometry. The REVision edition brings a total engine upgrade compatible with many sequel mods, a brutal Junkman salvage career, career mutators, smarter AI, new first-person walking around garages and streets, 97 additional parts, Steam achievements and Workshop support, all on top of the same unforgiving game players remember.
