Taora Beginning

Taora: Beginning is a limited free introduction to the larger Taora: Survival open-world zombie survival game. Taora is an island infested with zombies, packed with locations to explore, loot, defend and convert into your own bases of operation. The Beginning version offers a sample of the mechanics planned for the full release.

Gameplay covers the standard survival game pillars: looting materials needed for crafting and base building, driving and upgrading vehicles, crafting gear and weapons, exploring locations for ammo and resources. The skill system distinguishes characters by fitting them for different roles: soldier for killing hordes, mechanic for crafting and trap disarming, electronics specialist for hacking, medic for healing, locksmith for safes.

Base building is central to long-term survival. You store loot and weapons at your base, construct workbenches and tools to improve weapons and vehicles, and customize the layout for defense against zombie attacks. Vehicles can be modified to suit your needs (transport, combat, scavenging). The Beginning version gates content to introduce the systems before the full Taora: Survival release.
