The Blind Prophet

The Blind Prophet is a point-and-click adventure that casts you as the apostle Bartholomeus, sent on a divine mission to free Rotbork, a city given over to corruption, and confront the Great Evil festering at its heart. Bartholomeus is used to carrying out his duty, but this time it will not come as easily as it should.

Chosen by God, the apostle is bound to return to Earth again and again to shield humanity from demonic corruption. You explore 99 hand-drawn panels packed with small details, defeating traps, hunting demons and dismantling their schemes with your wits, through a mix of puzzles, challenges and mini-games.

Rendered in a distinctive comic-book art style, the game leans on a strong storyline that still leaves room for humor. Drawing on titles such as Blade Runner, the Broken Sword series and Gabriel Knight, it blends fluid pacing with a darkly pleasing atmosphere, suited to anyone who enjoys point-and-click adventures played simply, with room for contemplation.
