The Disney Afternoon Collection bundles six Capcom-developed NES titles tied to the Disney Afternoon programming block - Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers and its sequel, DuckTales and DuckTales 2, Darkwing Duck and TaleSpin. All six get upgraded visuals with optional filters that replicate the CRT-era look.
New modes give long-time fans something fresh. Boss Rush and Time Attack both lean into score-based replay with online leaderboards, while a Rewind feature lowers the bar for newcomers struggling with NES-era difficulty by letting you reverse out of mistakes in real time.
An in-game Museum preserves the production history. Concept art, music tracks and assorted extras dig into the era that produced these games, providing context that goes beyond just running the ROMs again.
