Vault of the Void

Vault of the Void is a single-player roguelike deckbuilder that pushes back against the genre's reliance on random chance. You preview which enemies you'll be battling before each encounter, giving you time to plan your strategy. Between fights — and at any point during a run — you can modify your deck on the fly, swapping cards in and out to counter what you're about to face.

The build space spans 440+ cards across four distinct classes and 320+ artifacts. Void Stones are powerful runes you socket into cards to grant them additional abilities, allowing nearly endless customization. Purging discards unwanted cards for an energy boost, turning bad draws into resource. The Threat mechanic stacks incoming damage transparently — you see exactly how much you'll take next turn and decide between offense and survival.

The campaign sends you through 90+ fearsome monsters on the way to The Void, with difficulty scaling from Introduction for new players up to Impossible+ for veterans testing build limits. The lack of random events means success is genuinely a question of creativity and skill rather than luck — the cards you draft and the decisions you make are the entire game.
