Delver

Delver hunts for the Yithidian orb at the bottom of a shifting dungeon, which is the easy part - getting back out alive is where most runs end. The combat lives in a 90s FPS frame, fast and weighty, while the underlying structure is straight roguelike with classic RPG progression.

Permadeath resets every run from the entrance. The dungeon's procedural generation means no two crawls share the same layout, and the difficulty refuses to soften through grinding - your skill with the controls is what carries each attempt further.

Loot, wands, potions and gear pile up as you descend, every find shifting how you fight or run. The chunky pixel art keeps the visual identity distinct, and the gameplay stays approachable on the surface while concealing the deep mastery curve the dungeon demands.
